These Terms govern your use of daleelus.com, operated by Daleel US (“Daleel,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Questions: aeaad06@gmail.com.

Using Daleel

Daleel helps people discover businesses, services, community organizations, and opportunities. Browsing does not require an account. You must be at least 18 to create an account, and able to enter into these Terms. If you act for a business or organization, you must have authority to do so.

Accounts and business access

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. Google sign-in is an optional authentication method. Creating an account does not establish ownership of a listed business; management access is subject to our ownership-review process and can be corrected or revoked when appropriate.

Listings and accuracy

Directory information may come from business owners, public sources, or community submissions and may be incomplete or outdated. Confirm hours, prices, availability, licensing, dietary claims, accessibility, and other important details directly with the business. A listing, category, label, review, or ownership check is not our endorsement or a professional, religious, safety, or quality certification.

Transactions, employment arrangements, and services you arrange with a listed business are between you and that business. Daleel is not a party to those arrangements merely because it publishes a listing.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Daleel a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, resize or format, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and present the directory. This permission does not transfer ownership of your work. You must have the rights and permissions needed for your submissions and must not publish others’ private information without authorization.

Reviews should reflect honest experiences and disclose relevant conflicts of interest. You may not submit fake reviews, impersonate another person, misrepresent business ownership, infringe intellectual-property rights, post unlawful or threatening content, or upload malware. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use automated requests in a way that harms its operation.

Moderation and reports

We may review, correct, decline, or remove submissions and restrict accounts for misuse, inaccurate ownership claims, legal reasons, or violations of these Terms. We do not promise to review every submission. To report incorrect listings, harmful content, or a rights concern, email us with the relevant page address and an explanation. We may request supporting information.

Optional email and future paid services

Registration does not enroll you in promotional email. Email updates are optional and can be managed through Email preferences. If paid promotions or other paid services are introduced, their price and applicable terms will be presented before purchase. These Terms do not authorize a charge.

Third-party services

Google sign-in, maps, and linked websites are provided by independent services and may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their content or operation.

Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for losses caused by a listed business or by reliance on inaccurate third-party content. To the extent permitted by law, Daleel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using Daleel at any time and request account deletion by email. We may suspend or end access for violations, security concerns, or legal requirements. We may change the service and these Terms; material changes will be identified on this page and communicated when appropriate. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the service.
