This Privacy Policy explains how Daleel US (“Daleel,” “we,” or “us”) handles information through daleelus.com. For privacy questions or requests, email aeaad06@gmail.com.

Information we collect

When you create an account, we store your name, email address, account role, creation date, and authentication information. For password accounts, passwords are stored as hashes. When you choose Google sign-in, we receive your Google account identifier, name, email address, and email-verification information. Google does not give us your Google password or access to your inbox through this sign-in feature.

We also receive information you submit, such as business details, ownership requests, reviews, photos, job listings, and messages. Your hosting connection can generate logs including IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, and referring pages. We use hosting traffic reports to understand site activity; those reports may include automated traffic.

Location, cookies, and browser storage

If you allow your browser to share location, our location feature uses coordinates in your browser to find a nearby listed city. That feature does not send the precise coordinates to Daleel’s server. The selected city and state are saved in a cookie for up to 30 days and sent to our server to personalize results. We also use session cookies for sign-in and security, and browser session storage to avoid repeating the location request. You can revoke location permission and clear cookies or site storage through your browser. Clearing cookies may sign you out or reset preferences.

How we use information

We use information to operate accounts, show directory results, manage business submissions and ownership, publish permitted content, respond to requests, protect the service, investigate misuse, and understand usage. Account creation is optional for browsing. Creating an account does not subscribe you to promotional email.

Optional email updates

If you separately subscribe, we store your subscription choice, confirmation and withdrawal status, and consent history. We use your email to send the updates you requested. You can withdraw through Email preferences, a message’s unsubscribe link, or our contact email. Necessary account or security communications are separate from promotional email.

Public information

Published business listings, reviews and associated display names, photos, and other public submissions can be viewed, copied, or indexed by visitors and search engines. Do not submit private information that you do not want published. Your account email is not published simply because you register; contact details you put in a public listing may be visible.

Service providers and external services

Our hosting provider processes site data to run the website, database, logs, and email delivery. Google processes information when you use its sign-in service or load embedded maps. Fonts and icon files may load from Google Fonts and jsDelivr; these providers receive connection information such as your IP address and browser details. Their own privacy policies govern their services. External business websites and links operate independently of Daleel.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect people or the service, investigate abuse, or carry out a business transfer with appropriate protections. We do not sell account contact lists. If our practices materially change, we will update this notice and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.

Retention and security

We retain information as needed for the purposes described here, including maintaining accounts, handling disputes, protecting security, and keeping records of subscription choices. Retention depends on the data and purpose; logs and backup copies may persist after information is removed from the active site. We use measures such as hashed passwords and access controls, but no service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

Contact aeaad06@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your account information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights. We will handle requests under applicable law, including any lawful exceptions for security, recordkeeping, or others’ rights. Removing your account does not necessarily remove independently sourced business facts or copies held by search engines.

Children and international visitors

The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where required. Daleel is operated in the United States; providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
